360 Degrees LLC (“360 Degrees,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at this domain (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the consultation request form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your first and last name, phone number, work email address, company name, approximate number of employees, and any message you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may collect standard technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this information only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical information about your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your consultation request and communicate with you about our services.
Prepare a proposal or scope of work if you ask for one.

We keep consultation request submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymize them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

You may contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Research participants

This Privacy Policy covers the Site only. Employees and panel participants who take part in a 360 Degrees study are covered by the confidentiality terms provided with that study. Individual survey responses are never shared with a participant’s employer, and results are reported only for groups large enough to protect anonymity.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
